Respect

We Respect our children and in return we expect our children to Respect ALL the adults involved with Aylesbury Knights and Rugby League

         Respect EVERYBODY involved in the sport of Rugby League.

        Treat everyone equally, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability.

        Do not allow any form of discrimination to be condoned or go unchallenged

        Hold paramount the well-being and safety of your friends and team mates and this should be placed above performance.

        Develop an appropriate working relationship with all concerned, which should be based on mutual respect and trust.

        Do not engage in any form of sexually related contact with your coach. This is strictly forbidden, as is sexual innuendo, flirting or inappropriate gestures.

        Respect other people’s opinions when making decisions about the participation in rugby league.

        Ensure that you and your parents are fully aware of the requirements of rugby league.

        Be aware of and report problems as soon as they arise.

        Always be on time, dress correctly, never use foul language and above all treat your coach and team mates with respect.

        Do not drink alcohol at any time whilst representing Aylesbury knights and Rugby League.

        Think before you smoke, it’s not good for you and you’ll never be fit enough to play rugby league.

        Do not join in with any activities that are not suitable for you even if your friend/coach insists you do.

        Attend all training sessions to ensure that you get the best out of A.K.R.F.L.C. and we get the best out of you.

        DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE RFL PLAYER PATHWAY.
