Train and play for the Aylesbury Knights Ruby League Club |
| Play 2 or 3 matches for either the North or South of the Thames Origin Matches |
|
If selected to represent London & the South of England, attend a 3 day training camp at Epsom College and end the camp with a match against Wales |
| If selected to represent London, the South & the North East of England, attend another 3 day training camp in Sheffield and a 2 day carnival of Rugby League at the weekend |

One more selection, the National camp for each relevant age group .The under 16 age being the last that is selected in this manner |
